Prices for the other 10 transfers, on streets including Preservation Lane, Highland Street, Lovell Road and Wachusett Street, had not yet posted to the registry, a routine lag rather than a sign of nondisclosure. Six of those transfers involved sellers sharing a surname, consistent with transfers among family members. With price data available for just one of 11 sales, overall market tone for the period cannot yet be characterized from the data available.
