Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 10 Holden property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one deed had a sale price recorded: $475,000, for a property sold by Ryan Doyle LLC to Joshua and Monique Ann Coulson on July 20. The other nine sales, spanning streets including Malden, Fort Sumter, Shrewsbury, Joel Scott, Tannery, Wachusett, Eagle Terrace, Lovell and Winthrop, carried no consideration amount recorded yet. Several deeds involved trusts, a bank or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset.
