Only one of 10 Holden home sales discloses price in July deed filings
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 10 Holden property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $475,000, for a property sold by Ryan Doyle LLC to Joshua and Monique Ann Coulson on July 20. The other nine sales, spanning streets including Malden, Fort Sumter, Shrewsbury, Joel Scott, Tannery, Wachusett, Eagle Terrace, Lovell and Winthrop, carried no disclosed consideration amount. Several deeds involved trusts, a bank or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as seller. With price data available for just one of 10 transactions, the period's overall market tone cannot be determined from this dataset.
