Only one of 12 Holden property transfers this period discloses a sale price
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 property transfers in Holden recorded between Aug. 14 and Aug. 17, 2026. Only one filing disclosed a sale price: $400,000, for a property sold by trustees Kathleen A. Belair and Paul J. Belair to Middlesex Savings Bank. That transaction also set the period's price range and median. The remaining 11 filings, including two on Main Street, listed no consideration amount, and several involved mortgage servicers or lenders, including Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. Because so few prices were disclosed, the available data offers limited insight into current sale values in Holden.
