Only One of Holden's 10 July Property Transfers Discloses a Sale Price
Holden recorded 10 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one, 219 Lovell Road, disclosed a sale price: $60,000, paid by All One Credit Union to Family Living Trust. That figure also serves as the period's low, high and median, since no other transaction listed a price. Bailey Road was the only street with more than one recorded transfer, appearing twice. Sellers on two other deeds were listed as Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. and U.S. Bank NA. With sale prices absent from nine of 10 records, the data offers limited insight into Holden's July housing values.
