Trusts, estates and one bank dominate quiet July deed recordings in Holden
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 11 Holden property transfers recorded July 31, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $585,900, for a property tied to the Margaret P. Daley Revocable Trust and buyers Susan and Michael Gaudet. A related deed shows the Gaudets also selling a unit at 78 Tea Party Circle the same day. Eight of the 11 transfers involved a trust or estate seller, and two listed "T Bank" as seller. With price data missing from 10 of 11 deeds, the dataset does not support conclusions about overall market pricing or tone this period.
